An online programme by Globus HR Consulting ltd is celebrating its CPD accreditation by the CPD Standards Office, the first of its kind in the UK.
The Lymington-based company first opened their virtual ‘Leap into HR Consulting’ bootcamps in 2020.
Since its launch, the programme has supported over 80 HR consultants start their own consulting or wellbeing companies.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is recognised in most industries as recording learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities.
The Bootcamp shares Hamilton-Gill’s knowledge from over 28 years of experience in the industry and participants can record 30 to 39 hours of CPD hours.
The course guides students through setting up an HR consultancy business and shares strategies for ongoing growth.
Globus HR Consulting ltd believes being CPD accredited demonstrates the trust participants can put in their training.

Students can learn in their own time or with 1:1 and group coaching with the next intake in October 2022.
